FAQs

How do I place a pre order for pickup?

During our operational season (spring - mid December) - visit our product page to find a list of the staple items that we carry at the farm. We try our very best to post our new seasonal product arrivals to our Facebook and Instagram pages as they come in - they are worth a follow to get the inside scoop!

In the winter, when we operate exclusively from our weekend produce booth at the Market at Western Fair District - for product availability inquiries or to place an order, please email us at: turnersfarmmarket@gmail.com

What methods of payment are available?

Payment can be made by debit, credit or cash at the store, as well as at our booth at The Market at Western Fair District.

What is for sale at the store?

In addition to produce, our home market (that runs from April to December) also carries local dairy (milk, eggs, cheese, ice cream), pies, breads and sweets, honey, ground and whole bean coffee, top quality olive oil and balsamic, and so much more! You can also find a carefully curated selection of home décor, and locally made scented candles to compliment the season.

We also carry an amazing selection of flowers, planters, hanging baskets and perennials in the late spring and summer, pumpkins, gourds and mums in the fall, and lush greenery and freshly cut Ontario Christmas trees in the winter.

Our booth at The Market at Western Fair District (weekends only throughout the year) and Ingersoll Kiwanis outdoor farmer’s market (runs approximately from early summer to Thanksgiving) focuses solely on fruits and vegetables. We carry a large selection of produce, both local and imported, that changes with the season.

Do you carry organic products?

We do carry a selection of organic produce at our booth at The Market at Western Fair District. If there is ever something specific you are looking for, contact us directly and we’d be happy to assist you further.

What do you grow at the farm?

Our staple crops are tomatoes (we grow several varieties, including many heirloom), squash, pumpkins, peppers, kale, herbs, and zucchini. We add new crops every year —be sure to check in during the growing season for more information on what’s happening in our fields!
